La cámara (1) se llena de producto a través de
la válvula de mariposa (2) en posición abierta. El
producto contenido en la cámara es fluidificado por
medio de aire a baja presión, el cual penetra por el
fondo de la misma a través de un diseminador (3)
construido a partir de un material poroso.
Al introducir un saco en la boquilla (4) se activa el
inicio de ciclo. La secuencia de un ciclo completo
de ensacado es la siguiente:
El saco queda firmemente sujeto por la acción del
mecanismo (5) sujeta-sacos. Cierre simultáneo de
la válvula de mariposa (2) y válvula de manguito (6)
de descompresión de la cámara. Al mismo tiempo,
abren la válvula de presurización (7) y el sistema
de corte de alimentación (8). El material contenido
en la cámara, fluye uniformemente hacia el interior
del saco. Poco antes de alcanzar el peso prefijado,
el sistema de corte de alimentación (8) reduce el
paso de producto para completar en alimentación
fina el ciclo de pesada.
Una vez alcanzado el peso requerido,el mecanismo
(8) corta la alimentación, finalizando así la fase
de pesada. Para limpiar restos de producto en la
boquilla se inyecta aire a través de la válvula (9)
durante un corto tiempo.
A continuación el saco es liberado quedando la
máquina dispuesta para un nuevo ciclo.

The chamber (1) is filled with the product by means of the butterfly valve (2) in an open position. The product contained in the chamber is
fluidified by low-pressure air, which enters the chamber from the bottom through a diffuser (3) made of a porous material. When a bag is
placed at the bagging spout (4) the beginning of the cycle is activated. The sequence of a whole bagging cycle is as follows:

The bag is firmly held in place by the action of the bag-gripping device (5). The butterfly valve and the decompression chamber’s equilibrium
valve are simultaneously closed, while at the same time the pressurization valve and the feeding cutting device (8) are opened. The product
that is in the chamber flows uniformly towards the inside of the bag. Some time before reaching the pre-selected weight, the feeding cutting
device (8) reduces the diameter of the pipe where the product is flowing in order to complete the weighing cycle in fine feeding.

Once the required weight is reached, the feeding cutting device cuts the feeding and in this way, the weighing phase ends. To clean rests
of product in the bagging spout air is injected through the valve (9) for a short time. After this, the bag is released and the machine can
start a new cycle.
