Nameplates marker I, II
These two manually operated devices impress not only
by their simple handling but also through the versatility
of application in industrial and manufacturing industries.
Multi-digit and multi-line markings of number and characters are marked consecutively in which case the
desired signs prior to each marking are adjusted by
marking wheel visible from front.
The adustable automatic feed of the working bench with
the fixed name plate allows for exact gaps between the
signs marked side by side. The ideal devices for marking of small series of continuously changing name plates. Each appliance contains a pressure relief enablingconstant uniform marking depth. Different material
thickness of name plates can be balanced out.

Smallest manually operated name plate marker with
manually adjustable and exchangeable marking wheel
engraving numbers and characters and interpunctuation, if desired in character size of 2 mm to 5 mm.
Maximumsize of name plates to be marked on
140 mm x 90 mm.
Group 19020000
Larger manually operated name plate marker with
increased marking capacity, engraving numbers and
characters and interpunctuation, if desired in character
size of 2 mm to 5 mmm. Maximum size of name plates
to be marked on 180 mm x 130 mm.
Feeding bench with feed
The design comprises automatic bench feed with a
clamping device for each name plate and a guide mark
for each line marking. The feed is adjustable for each
character size (width) 5 times adjustable. Further feeding
benches e.g. with semi-automatic settings in X and Y
directions are available as well as special benches in
special designs and special dimensions.
Key coining
A special working bench makes this machine an ideal
machine for coining keys. The various key holders and
the adjustable feed guarantee extremely proper and
durable marking of each key. Only in the case of model
SP II a special bench attachement for locks and locking
bolts is deliverable.
Marking wheels
The exchangeable marking wheels are engraved and
hardened in proven quality. Any wheel not only contains
the complete alphabet and the figures from 0-9 but also
signs like full stop, oblique, hyphen and plus sign (./-+).
Standard character size are 2.0; 2.5; 3.0; 3.5; 4; 4.5 and
5.0 mm. In special execution deliverable character sizes
from 1.0; 1.5; 5.5 mm.
Coloured marking
In order to achive coloured marking, the models SP I
and SP II are equipped with automatic foil transport for
the use of particular cold marking foil, enabling coloured
marking preferably on non-metallic plates.
There is no need for a heating.
Attention: Sample name plates are required in any case
for this application
