ptec’s SwifTerm™ SC No-Polish Connector is uniquely designed for a

quick, easy and reliable field-termination. This pre-polished, pre-assembled
connector eliminates the need for epoxy, hand polishing and crimping at site,
thus minimize the chances of operator errors and maintains higher process
yield. Featured with only 3 components, it provides efficient field terminations
in less than half the time of conventional field polish connectors.

By adopting innovative C-slot design on ceramic ferrule, the interconnection is
to be done inside the ferrule hole by locking the fibers, which secures the
highest precision of fiber alignment and thus carries best in-class optical
performance and durability.
The SwifTerm™ SC No-Polish Connector is suitable for any fiber terminations
for drop cables, 250 μm, 900μm buffered cables or 2.0/3.0mm cables. It is
ideally for use in any premises workstation, FTTDesk, FTTP applications for
indoor or outdoor environments, and CATV backbone networks.
