SYRINGE BARREL
Unique ultra-low draft construction of inner diameter yields high accuracy and stability.
They are comprised of industry compliant silicone and chloride-free, low friction
polypropylene. Available in three colors: Natural for most generic applications, amber
provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm, but with the ability to see the
fluid inside the barrel and black for total light block Five sizes are made available –
3cc, 5cc, 10cc 30cc and 55cc. Made from polypropylene. Silicone and chloride-free.

AIR POWERED PISTON
Air powered pistons spread the pressure evenly across the fluid giving consistent
dispensing even with high viscosity fluids. Tighter fitting white wiper pistons provide a
complete seal for low viscosity fluids and are also used with the TS700 manual syringe
barrel gun. Easy flow blue pistons require less pressure to dispense and prevent air
from becoming entrapped during the dispensing process. Loose fitting red straight wall
pistons prevent stringing and bouncing when dispensing high viscosity fluids. Made
from polyethylene. Silicone and chloride-free.

TIP AND END CAPS
Tip caps are designed to seal the Luer lock of the syringe barrel during storage,
shipment and when not in use. Available in orange and black, and both offering full
UV/light black protection. A blue “stand up” version is made available which is
designed with a larger flat base. the stand-up tip cap enables the syringe barrel to
stand upright. Made from polypropylene. Silicone and chloride-free.
End caps seal the larger end of the syringe barrel to ensure that no contaminants
come into contact with the fluid and piston. The quick and easy clip connection Made
from polypropylene. Silicone and chloride-free.

RECEIVER HEAD
Delrin® Receiver heads are the connecting link between the syringe barrel and the
dispenser and provide a safe a secure connection. The simple “push/twist” design
improves syringe barrel change over time. Fitted as standard with a Viton® o-ring and
an EPR o-ring is made available for chemical compatibility purposes. All sizes of
receiver head are available with 3 or 6 feet (0.9 – 1.8 meters) of tubing and also with
no tubing attached. Silicone and chloride-free.
