HTY-V200 Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide

Generator (VHPS online sterilization for

lyophilizer) is an instrument specially

designed for sterilization under the vacuum

state. It is applicable to conduct online

sterilization of lyophilizer. It takes

advantages of that hydrogen peroxide

vapour vaporized from a concentration of

35% H202 (i.e.,hydrogen peroxide) solution

by vaporizer. Then input the solution to the

vacuum equipment and it works.

♦ Working process can be

divide into four stages

First stage: drying the lyophilizer

Dry the lyophilizer chamber (front room) and the

condensation chamber (rear chamber)

Second stage: Vacuumizing the lyophilizer

Vacuumize the lyophilizer chamber (front chamber)

and the condensation chamber (rear chamber) , which

facilitates the injection of hydrogen peroxide and ensures

a uniform distribution of hydrogen peroxide when

sterilizing.

Third stage: sterilization

The generator produces high concentrations of

hydrogen peroxide vapor, it goes into the lyophilizer

drying chamber and the vacuum condenser chamber

quickly through the filter. When the injection quantity

reaches the effective sterilization concentration, stop

injecting the gas. Keep it for a certain period of time until

the sterilization is completed.

Fourth stage : discharging the residual

Discharge the residual hydrogen peroxide in the

lyophilizer chamber and the condensation chamber after

sterilization by evacuation and venting until its

concentration is less than lppm.
