Dispernator™ –
next generation inline
disperser.

The new Inline Disperser is versatile and flexible in
use. The all-in-one device enables mixing, homogenizing and pre-dispersing for a wide range of
appli­ ations such as inks, chemicals, paints,
c
coatings or other suspensions.
More efficient pre-dispersing
High circulation rates, the implementation of grinding
beads and the creation of vaccum at inlet are the main
features of the Dispernator™. The working prinicple
allows a simple set-up without any feeding pump. Due
to the high number of turnovers and the use of grinding
beads the particle size distribution in the pre-dispersing
can be significantly improved. Powder can directly be
feeded into the Dispernator™ by vacuum. The intake
rates depend on the flow characteristics of the liquid
and solid phase.
Thanks to the Dispernator™, additional pre-grinding may
be unnecessary even with difficult products or lower raw

from the optimized temperature control guaranteeing
gentle processing.
Improved pre-dispersing with the Dispernator™ enables
the use of smaller grinding beads in the downstream fine
grinding process, which results in increased grinding
efficiency.
For certain dispersing tasks a downstream dispersing
step is not required, which means that the Dispernator™
provides the complete solution from the powder intake
to the finished dispersion.
