Summary
ULB-W high temperature class plate liquid level gauge is manufactured with high temperature glass and other
high temperature materials. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical industries for liquid level
indication in high temperature containers.
Structure Principle
ULB-W type Gauge can measure high temperature liquid below 450 C. With a section of bow-like tube which
extends and retracts freely during the Gauge body in heat expansion and cool shrinkage process is connected
between ULB- W type Gauge body and valves, this type Gauge can resolve the problem that the Gauge body
create deformation during the heat expansion and cool shrinkage.

Measuring range (the distance between the flanges’ center L): 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700mm;
Visual range: H=L-260;
Nominal pressure: 4.0MPa;
Operating temperature: 450 C;
Pressure for needle valve to automatically close:
0.3 MPa;
Tracing (heating) steam pressure: 0.6MPa;
Tracing steam jacket joint: ZG3/8″(external thread);
Flange standard: on request
Flush and drain outlet: M12*1.25 (I W type and II W type) female thread
ZG1/2” (III W type) male thread
Wetted material: carbon steel or 1Cr18Ni9Ti
