Structure Principle

nnnn

UTK Displacer Level Controller can be classified into UTKI00 ball-float type,

nnnn

UTK3UÜ and UTK4ÍJ0 displacer float type.

For UTK100 ball-float type, ball-float is measuring element, ball-float is connected

nnnn

rigidly with magnet labe. When liquid le\cl raised, magnet tube moves up and enter

nnnn

external magnolie fie'd. I lirough magnet induction or maglie; coupling, lite magne;

controlling switch or oil set magnel steel is palled and makes contaci on or off. When

the liquid level goes dow n. Ihe magnet tube moves down and leaves out the external

magnet Held. Then the magnetic controlling switch backs to ihe original slate or ihe

offset magnet steel goes down hack lo new halanee position and makes switch

contaci on or off. In Ihis way. the indicator realizes liquid level conlrolling and alarming. (Sec the figure 1 )
