GENERALITA’

GENERAL DETAILS

Il TM92 / 96 è un regolatore completamente configurabile da tastiera.
E' infatti possibile selezionare il tipo di ingresso (termocoppia o
termoresistenza), la scala, l'offset, i parametri di regolazione, ecc....
La dimensione frontale è di soli 48x96 mm ma il display è ben
visibile anche a distanza grazie ad un apposito filtro ottico ed a cifre
alte 13,5mm (TM92) o 10mm (TM96) per il display principale (orange
alta efficienza) e 7 mm per il display secondario (verde alta
efficienza).
Sviluppato per svolgere funzioni di regolazione e controllo in
applicazioni di riscaldamento , refrigerazione e generiche , è in grado
di soddisfare le più disparate esigenze sia per la completezza delle
funzioni offerte , sia per l’elevato numero di uscite disponibili.

The TM92 / 96 is a controller which can be programmed by using the
push buttons. It’s possible to select the type of input (thermocouple or
thermoresistance), the scale, offset, the control parameters, ecc....
The frontal dimensions are 48x96mm and the display is visible from
distance thanks to the optical filter and the size of the digits, 13,5mm
for TM92 and 10mm for TM96, for the principal display (high
efficiency orange) and 7 mm for the secondary display (high
efficiency green).
Developed to carry out regulation and control in heating and
refrigeration applications it is able to satisfy the various requirements
both for the completeness of the functions offered and for the number
of outputs available.

Inoltre ogni sonda è linearizzata allo scopo di ottenere una precisione
teorica migliore di 0,01° per le termoresistenze Pt100 e di 0,1 °
C

per le termocoppie.

Furthermore each probe is linearised to obtain a theoretical precision
greater than 0,01° for Pt100 thermoresistences and 0,1° for
C
C
thermocouples.

BANDA PROPORZIONALE ED AZIONE ON-OFF:
La Banda Proporzionale (espressa in % del fondo scala) rappresenta
l'intervallo di temperature rispetto al Set Point entro cui avviene la
modulazione dell’uscita principale (Main) con intervento ciclico.
Il campo di impostazione va da 0 a 99%.
ATTENZIONE : Se la Banda Proporzionale viene fissata a 0 il
comportamento del regolatore cambia da PID a ON-OFF e lo
strumento si comporta come un termostato.
In questo caso perdono significato i valori di tempo derivato e tempo
integrale che non compaiono più.
Al loro posto è invece possibile programmare il valore dell'isteresi
superiore Hy+ (∪) ed inferiore Hy- (∩) rispetto al Set point.
Questi due valori sono completamente indipendenti e possono
essere predisposti nella gamma da 0 a 99 punti.
Nel caso vengano impostati allo stesso valore si ottiene una isteresi
simmetrica.
Se il valore superiore Hy+ (∪) è nullo si ha una isteresi tutta al di sotto
del Set Point.
Viceversa, ponendo a 0 il valore inferiore Hy- (∩) si ottiene una
isteresi tutta sopra il Set Point.

PROPORTIONAL BAND AND ON-OFF ACTION:
The proportional band (expressed as a % of full scale) represents the
temperature zone related to the Set Point inside which the modulation
of the main output occurs with cyclic intervention.
The set range is from 0 to 99%.
WARNING: If the Proportional Band is set on zero the behaviour of
the controller changes from P.I.D. to ON-OFF and the instrument acts
as a thermostat.
In this case the values of derived and integral time loose their
importance and disappear.
In their place it is possible to program values of superior hysteresis
Hy+ (∪) and inferior hysteresis Hy- (∩) in relation to the set point.
These two values are completely independent and can be set up in
the range from 0 to 99 digits.
In the case that they are set on the same value a symmetrical
hysteresis is obtained .
If the superior value Hy+ (∪) is zero the hysteresis is all below the Set
Point.
Viceversa if the inferior value Hy- (∩) is at zero all the hysteresis will
be above the Set Point.
