Media Features and Technical Details
AERO PAC G is made up of high lofted micro-ne glass ber media which ensures reliable performance throughout the lter life. The multi sta
ge media design with coarse bers upstream and micro-ne bers downstream supported by the scrim backing enhances the overall eciency
of the lter in capturing the dust particles and increasing the dust holding capacity . The small ber diameter and uniformity in arrangement re
sults in low resistance to airow and consistent ltration of sub-micron particles
AERO PAC G provides extended surface ltration through media formed into individual dust holding pockets. These pockets are created by int
ernal fales stitches to maintain uniform airow channels for even dust loading and longer lter life. The perfectly balanced pocket design allow
s full media ination without crowding or restricting airow to ensure optimum media utilization and thereby oering long service life. Each po
cket is bonded and sealed to its own “J” channel support frame which is fastened to a heavy duty corrosion resistant steel frame with soft edges
to avoid damage to the lter media. This design prevents air bypass by eliminating metal contact points between components.
