Automated, three-dimensional calibrated with

RobPolyline
Creating of complexe route on the touchpanel-plane
which can be driven by the robot with different
speeds afterwards. Detection of (x,y)-panel-position at
once. Continious transformation of the robotpositions into the panel-coordinate-system to get a
reference route.

Competence
This robotic measuring standard for haptic
measurements produced by Battenberg increases
the acceptance and reference position of the company
in the market. Freely programmable movement curves
with haptic control and regulation ensure a broad range
of applications and ensure the user the highest possible
flexibility in test functions. From simple actuation
(botton pressing) to meandering paths right up to
freely definable curves, the desired test sequences
can be intuitively defined and executed - just as you
expect from Battenberg Robotic under RobFlow.
Specific movement shapes are haptically controlled
and regulated, while device responses are recorded
on interfaces and evaluated.
Touch system tests can optionally also be carried out
in a climate testing chamber with integrated robotic
measuring (WK BM 1000).
Guiding of an articial hand from a dened direction
to plane of the touchpanel (e.g. 20º to the
horizontal). Detection of hand-approach from the
CAN-massage. Presentation of the approachpoint as
3D-scatter plot from the touchpanel point of view.
