This series of machining center is our company’s self designed turning and milling center,
absorbed and referenced the advanced design concepts from developed countries such as Germany

and Japan, used contemporary domestic and foreign advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic,
optic and digital control theory. It is consisted of column, German imported ZF gear box, table
milling feed indexing device, table, table clamping mechanism, beams and protection, beam lifting

mechanism, milling vertical knife magazine , straight milling head, universal milling head, cooling
device, chip conveyor, electrical systems and hydraulic system.
It is fit for high-speed steel, carbide and ceramic cutting tools. It can realize the roughing and fine
machining of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals. It can realize the high speed turning of inside and
outside cylinder, taper, circular arc, metric thread and all kinds of complex shape surface of
revolution. This series machining center has turning function, milling function, boring function
and grinding function.
