Deaeration & Quality Control
Every grease pouch is accurately filled and then put through the deaeration process. This process utilizes centrifugal force to
virtually eliminate small pockets of air entrapped in the grease pouch for both cosmetic and functional purposes. Entrapped air
may result in an air lock in the pump of the Pulsarlube M lubricator, leading to possible unit malfunction due to priming issues.
The volume of grease is carefully adjusted for each batch; therefore the weight of the product may vary based on the specific
weight of each individual grease type.

Battery Selection Guide
All electromechanical Pulsarlube products are designed to use a full capacity of Standard Battery Pack for each lubrication
cycle set regardless of the length of period. For specific application, however, an optional Lithium Battery Pack should be
used such as: extremely cold temperature, high backpressure, or multi point lubrication with use of divider block (upto 8 points).
Refer to following guideline for selecting battery pack. If further information is required, please contact your local supplier or
manufacturer.

Shelf Life and Warranty Period
The shelf life of The Service Pack is 2 years from the date of manufacturing. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Product warranty is limited to original defects in material and workmanship and will not cover any collateral damage due to mishandling,
abuse and / or any other inappropriate use of this product.
