Operation

The Dual Level VM series is a

self-contained, pulse-echo, prox-

nnnn

imity sensing device that both

nnnn

transmits and receives sonic en-

nnnn

ergy within a 508 mm (20") maxi-

nnnn

mum sensing range. Operating

nnnn

on 12 to 24 VDC, and employing

nnnn

the latest piezoelectric and mi-

nnnn

croprocessor technology, Virtu

nnnn

sensors detect only those des-

nnnn

ignated objects within a set "win-

nnnn

dow" and ignore all surrounding

nnnn

sonic interference.

Prior to operation, a simple and

easy "teach" function is used to

set the sensing window limits
