The professional appearance is underlined by the mix of materials used in the plastic housing and the
rubber handle. The Display area is protected by a break proof plastic disk. Even when in daily use, the
robust construction as well as the dust and waterproof housing guarantee a long service life. The test
tips are protected by a removable cap that in turn is secured to the device.
Also the usage of LED`s for all optical indications guarantee you maximum reliability. When the probe
tips are connected to an AC voltage within the nominal voltage range, the reading is displayed in volts
and the “+~-” LED indicator lights up. From a voltage more than 35V (life risk) a buzzer sounds up.
The switchable load per button impeded the unmeant triggering of the RCD – switch, so that the
protective earthing conductor can be measure as well. With throughput testing up to 500kΩ, it sounds
an acoustical signal.
