ALSPA BlueLine enables continuous control of technologies over the entire power plant.
It allows plant operations to be optimised using highly secure system architectures,
thus contributing to increased availability and reliability of the power plant equipment.
The system covers a whole spectrum of applications: from small auxiliary controls, to
a multitude of turbine controls, and through to plant wide Distributed Control Systems
(DCS) all of which can be customised to your needs to manage the entire plant.

associated control and monitoring systems. As a comprehensive supplier for machines

BlueLine is reliability. Since initial
deployment, it has amassed a track
record of millions of operating hours
globally. Furthermore, every board
undergoes rigorous testing after
fabrication manufacture and after
deploying the operating firmware to
ensure the risk of failure is minimal.
ALSPA BlueLine is TÜV certified to
IEC61508, which puts the platform
among a select group of systems with a
maximum level of safety.

ALPSA BlueLine control system is a
modular and open architecture turbine
control platform. The turbine controller is
available in both simplex and redundant
configurations and can be coupled with
a state-of-the-art human-machineinterface platform.

Speed

The programmable processor utilizes
a fast, 64bit calculation engine, and is
paired with two more processors for very
fast execution times.

Intuitive User Interface

The system’s software runs on the
Windows 7 operating system providing
a state-of-the-art and familiar userenvironment.
The ALSPA BlueLine tools are a set
of intuitive menu-driven, engineering
software run from a laptop or a personal
computer, simplifying and optimising
plant operators daily tasks. The software
provides constantly growing help
function and tutorial guide. Users can
utilise the powerful search capabilities
to find signals to monitor and track in
real-time.

Cost-Effectiveness

The system is set up in standard 19”
rack mounted modules. The flexibility
of the system makes ALSPA BlueLine
an ideal solution for upgrades where
cabinet space and existing wiring limit
the installation options. Plug and play
options are available for some input/
output modules for migration from ABB
